Giacomo Cassan

Giacomo Cassan, born in Latisana on October 12, 1990, has shown a great passion for cooking since childhood and, therefore, embarked on a formative journey within La Dogaressa Catering, a historic catering and banqueting company created with passion by his father, Luigi. His path towards excellence has been gradual, characterized by experimentation and a continuous quest for perfection, especially through the creation of innovative dishes and pairing with natural local wines. In 2008, he had the opportunity to collaborate with the Michelin-starred Chef Corrado Fasolato.

Another significant chapter in his professional growth took place in 2010 at Casa Perbellini with the Michelin-starred Chef Giancarlo Perbellini.

Thanks to this experience, Giacomo perfected his knowledge of pairing fish and vegetables, beginning to develop the skills necessary to create original and distinctive dishes.
