Our History

The name ‘Antica Besseta’ derives from the ancient Venetian term ‘Bessi,’ meaning the coins of that time.

It is said that in the 1800s, the sister of the owner of the establishment was a kind and generous woman. The venue is located on Salizzada Ca Zusto, between Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio and Campo Nazario Sauro, in a privileged position, away from the hustle and bustle of major tourist flows.
